Rental Policies (4BR/3BA Condo)
- No Smoking allowed in the condo.
- No Pets.
- Maximum 8 people allowed for the 3BR unit, maximum 10 people for the 4BR unit.
- 13% Hotel tax must be collected on all reservations less than 30 days.
- Renting party must be 25 or older.
- Check-in at 4 pm or later. Check out by 11 am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available (830-626-2196)
- A deposit of one night's stay is required, and is processed at the time the reservation is made. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
- $75 cancellation fee after reservation has been made. Cancellations must be received by midnight 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid one night rental charge plus applicable taxes.
- Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
- Please review additional policies regarding safety, parking, guest tags, etc., by our property management team, River City Resorts, upon check-in.
